Well can't really believe that today has eventually arrived. Car is packed and Chris and I are just about to go and collect Malcolm (he must be escorted at all times by a responsible adult, I'll try and locate one!) Charles has stayed to see us off which is brilliant, I know I'm going to miss him lots. It feels very strange to be leaving home for 7 weeks, the enormity of our mission is a bit daunting right now and I think I really do need to start running, feel a bit "stir crazy"

Ahhh you must be so excited!!! Dad is still packing and getting very stressed about it...his main concern right now is "what shall I wear?!!" Fashion has always come first with that man... xxx
